Hiring for Sap Trainer at any locationPosition: TrainerSkill: Finance, SCMExperience: 10+ YearsLocation: Bangalore, chennai, Hyderabad, NoidaNotice period: Immediate to 90 day (serving Notice period, quick Joiners mandatory)JDJD 1 : SAP SCM Trainer (7-10 yrs- Bangalore, chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Immediate to 90 day (serving Notice period, quick Joiners mandatory)As a SCM SME trainer, he/she is expected to have the below capabilities-
• 7+ years of experience in any of the SAP SCM modules SAP APO, IBP, SD, MM, PP/QM, TM, WM, EWM, PM, EAM
• Has been part of least 5 SAP implementation projects in any of the above SCM areas
• Should be experienced in any one of the SAP SCM modules with experience in Solutioning and having done system hands-on work (Config, Testing, Hyper care and Issue Fixes)
• Should have hands on experience as part of SAP Implementation or SAP Application Support projects in any one or more SCM related modules mentioned above
• Should have a passion for teaching and interest to share the learnings/knowledge
• Should have experience in conducting Internal or external training in the last 1-2 years for at least a minimum of 5 team members in one or more SCM modules mentioned above
• Should have good communication skill with content writing capabilities & presentation skills
• SAP Certifications in any of SAP SCM modules be preferred and an added advantage
• Should have a passion for teaching and interest to share the learnings/knowledge
• Should have experience in conducting Internal or external training in the last 1-2 years for at least a minimum of 5 team members in one or more SCM modules mentioned above
• Should have good communication skill with content writing capabilities & presentation skills
JD 2 : Sap Finance Trainer ( 10+- Full-Time, Chennai/Pune/Bengaluru/Noida/Kolkata, India- Bangalore, chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Immediate to 90 day (serving Notice period, quick Joiners mandatory)Functional ScopeThe Senior SAP Trainer for Finance is responsible for covering the following SAP modules and applications ( ECC and S/4HANA):
• SAP General ledger
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Asset Accounting
• Bank Accounting ( including DME, Bank Interfaces ,multi bank scenarios,SWIFt and payment gateways)
• Taxation ( SAP and 3rd party Tax apps)
• SAP FSCM modules) including Cash Mgt,Treasury Mgt,Receivables and Collections Mgt)
• SAP Vendor Invoice Management
• Reporting in Financial Accounting
• SAP Financial Consolidation ( BPC, group Reporting)
• Integration with procurement systems ( SAP, Ariba and external systems)
• Integration with Billing Systems ( SAP and External)
• Financial and Controlling Master Data
• SAP Controlling Fundamentals
• Core processes in Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders,Project Systems
• Profitability Analysis
• Product Costing
• Reporting in Controlling
Role Expectation Skills and experience required
• A minimum of 8-12 years experience of developing and delivering SAP learning programmes, to SAP Finance consultants.
• Significant diverse industry experience.
• Experience in working for leading SAP service provider under competency/capability framework
• Deep expertise of the classroom and virtual learning process and modern workplace learning approaches, including digital tools and methodologies.
• Deep expertise of SAP design and how this can optimise the business transformation experience for consultants.
• Development and update of training content, taxonomy, and quality control as required
• Experience in design and build of training curriculum for project or customer specific requirements.
• Deep expertise of ERP learning delivery, in a range of settings (instructor-led, remote learning, 1-2-1 coaching) for Global teams.
