Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings from ACT Fibernet!Great Opportunity for FRESHERsWe are hiring Fresher for Skill Development Program for Field Network EngineerResponsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the designated areaKey Responsibilities:

  1. Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime 2. Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms 3. Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams 4. Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals 5. Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT 6. Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting 7. Monitor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events 8. Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required 9. 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules 10. Responsible for process adherence 11. Provide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service level

  • Training venue- Any of our office in Chennai(MRC Nagar,T-Nagar,Pllikaranai)
  • Training Duration- 30days
  • Nature of job- Field Work
  • Qualification- Diploma(ECE,EEE and CSE)/Any Graduate except Engneering & Masters degree
  • Other course(not mandatory)- Decent knowledge on Networking & Good learning capabilities
  • Language preference-Tamil & English
  • Age-Below 23
  • No of Open Gaps- 50+ nos,
  • Stipend/Month-INR7500
  • Documents to be available at the time of Joining(orginals)-Driving License/LLR,PAN card/PAN acknowledgement,
  • Adhar,10th,12th, mark list,highest qualification certificates
Employment Module:All the shortlisted candidates shall be put under 30 days training wherein they will be undergoing both classroom and field training. Post completion of 30 days, All the trained candidates will be assessed with Written test, Viva & Practical. Those who dears all the test, shall be on-boarded as Network Engineer in ACT Fibernet, (Based on Open positions only) Chennai & Coimbatore location with a CC of 2.15 Lakhs p.a. and petrol + mobile conveyances will be over and above their CC. People who fail to clear the assessment shall not be considered further for employment with AC. Most importantly, Training letters shall be provided to all the shortlisted candidates for the SDC training.
