Job Description

    1. Manage (multiple) small, medium, and large-scale information technology projects concurrently 2. Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to maintain excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders and to complete project-related documentation as well as present status to project Steering Committee and PMO and ensure completion of project-related documentation 3. He/ She will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing (multiple) IT projects while following a structured PM Framework, and working directly with various IT Leaders company-wide. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects as scheduled and within budget. The Project Manager will also oversee project quality control throughout its life cycle. 4. Responsible for quality documentation and delivery, by following the PM best practices, including scope definition and management, i.e create, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules and budgets, cost and quality, proactive risk management, issue escalation, stakeholder management, vendor management, budget management, communication, and status reporting, to ensure the project remains within agreed upon scope 5. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths through the entire project lifecycle 6. Manage overall implementation of the selected technologies according to the scope of work assessed and pre-approved by the client team 7. Manage stakeholder expectations by creating and presenting regular project status reports 8. Performs all work in close coordination with the full project team ensuring that implementation schedules, staff resourcing, and product procurement and deliveries align with the overall project schedule 9. Manage stakeholder relationships, escalate issues as needed, and direct the resolution of issues in a timely manner 10. Actively manage a critical path that allows for a line of sight into risk/issues before they have project/program impact 11. Prepare weekly project reports that include relevant information on project dependencies, issues, escalation, and schedules.
    1. Ensures project completion milestones are met within contract provisions and prepare an accurate statement of accounts settlement. 13. Tracks and validates that all scope of work by sub-contractors are complete and quality is assured to avoid any client concerns during punch listing and hand-over. 14. Manages and prepares all necessary hand-over documentation and checklist, such as built plans, agreement specifications and manuals, warranty certificates, etc. 15. Manages and ensures all project requirements are met and a sign-off of Certificate of Completion is produced.
