  • Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data.
  • Work closely with Business stakeholders/technology Head to draw out effective sourcing strategy for optimal delivery and meet all hiring needs within stipulated timeframe.
  • Should be really good at - Market Intelligence & Benchmarking, Recruitment dashboards, Social Media Hiring, Passive Candidate Search, X-Ray Search & understanding technologies to the bone.
  • Candidate must have atleast 4+ experience in Technology hiring.
  • Open to work as individual contributor.
  • Use unconventional sourcing methods for hard-to-fill and super niche roles
  • Candidate must achieve assigned targets & open to work on target driven environment.
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
  • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors
  • Plan employee referral programs.
