Role Description :Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.Must Have Skills :HPE LoadrunnerGood To Have Skills :Appdynamics APM,Dynatrace APMA:Understand the Business requirement to develop the test plan and test scripts using HP LoadRunner B:Report weekly status and metrics to LOBs and clients C:Analyse and locate the exception layer where failure of test scripts occurred and fix the scripts D:Regression testing of application on defects fixesTechnical Experience : A:Working knowledge of at least one HTTP load generation software eg LoadRunner, WebLoad, JMeter B: Excellent ability to translate business requirements and NFRs into performance test strategy, test scenarios and load profile C: Ability to design robust load/performance tests that can effectively lead to bottleneck identification in optimum time D: Experience in utilizing performance- monitoring and tuning software for interpreting performance results and identifying bottlenecks eg, SiteScope,Professional Attributes : A: Resource should have good communication skills and should have the ability to understand the client requirements B: Resource should possess strong analytical skills and should be flexible enough to support any adhoc request/workEducational Qualification : A: 4 years of experience working on performance assessment/tuning of enterprise software systems,
