Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment & Onboarding:
      • Manage the recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees.
      • Ensure that all hiring practices comply with the organizations policies and applicable labor laws.
      • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
    • Employee Relations:
      • Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve any issues, grievances, or conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
      • Promote a positive working environment and improve employee relations through effective communication and engagement.
      • Ensure adherence to company policies and handle employee complaints with discretion.
    • Performance Management:
      • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on employee feedback and evaluations.
      • Assist in identifying high performers and managing underperforming employees, providing strategies for improvement.
      • Work with managers to ensure that goals are clearly defined and performance reviews are completed on time.
