Job Description

    Position: HR Manager / Lead Mass RecruitmentExperience: 510 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle end-to-end mass/bulk recruitment for manufacturing requirements.
    • Conduct field recruitment drives, walk-ins and hiring camps.
    • Build candidate pipelines through ITIs, colleges, local networks and other sourcing channels.
    • Manage recruitment teams and daily hiring targets.
    • Handle candidate screening, selection, documentation and bulk onboarding.
    • Track joining, replacement and employee retention.
    • Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
    Requirements:
    • 5-10 years of experience in mass recruitment / bulk hiring.
    • Strong experience in field recruitment and workforce mobilisation.
    • Experience in blue-collar / shop-floor / manufacturing hiring preferred.
    • Strong communication, coordination and team management skills.
    • Comfortable with field work and target-based recruitment.
