Job Description

    We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as HR Manager - Career Counselling to guide fresh graduates and working professionals in achieving their career goals. This role includes providing career counselling, initiating campus hiring, participating in job fairs, and supporting our Work Integrated MBA/MCA program enrollment and placements. Freshers are encouraged to apply and can also pursue an MBA in HR with us while working.Key Responsibilities: 1. Career Counselling for Fresh Graduates: Counsel prospective students about the Work Integrated MBA/MCA programs. Assist candidates in aligning their career goals with the program offerings and completing the application process. 2. Career Guidance for Professionals: Provide career counselling to professionals seeking job opportunities. Match candidates to suitable roles based on client requirements. Offer guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and skill development. 3. Campus Hiring and Job Fair Initiatives: Plan and organize campus hiring drives in collaboration with colleges and universities. Represent Workfreaks at job fairs to attract and engage potential candidates. 4. Client Coordination and Talent Acquisition: Understand client hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates within specified budgets and timelines. Support recruitment efforts across various industries, hierarchies, and geographies. 5. Strategic Collaboration and Reporting: Partner with internal teams to achieve program enrollment and placement targets. Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track counselling, campus hiring, and job placement activities.Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Qualification: MBA in HR / MSW in HR / MA in HRM / Any Graduate (with interest in pursuing MBA in HR through our Work Integrated Program). Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for career counselling and talent acquisition. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
