We are looking for a HR Master Data and Systems specialist to support us operate SuccessFactors Employee Central.People & Culture, Digital P&C & Automation, P&C Digital & Continuous ImprovementDigital P&C Digital and Continuous Improvement is organised within Vestas HR organisation. Our mission is to continuously improve HR operations through standardisation, process simplification and best practices supported from user perspective simple and intuitive HR digital solutions within our decided platforms. Our two primary focus areas are significantly interlinked:(i) Digital HR solutions owners: being the interface between Process Owners and IT and securing well-functioning HR IT systems supporting the HR processes.(ii) Driving Continuous Improvement projects within HRVestas is on a Digital journey within the HR area. We have implemented SuccessFactors. And we will continue to build good Digital solutions based upon the SuccessFactors solution. Even if organized in HR the team run the full operation and maintenance of SuccessFactors whilst our Global IT has the technical responsibility for all other solutions. To secure this Digital journey we are searching for a team member who can assure the HR machine room is performing and stable. The position is part of building a hub within the team in Chennai. You will be working closely with the rest of the team placed in Aarhus, Denmark.You will be part of the delivery team situated in Chennai in India support the global Vestas organisation. Your primary role will be within SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM where you have an important role handling the operations of the SuccessFactors Employee Central. Our SuccessFactors solution is interfaced with SAP HCM PA/OM, but the technical maintenance of SAP HCM is handled by IT. Master Data and Compliance to global legislation including GDPR will be a key part of the role. You will be the global owner of HR Master Data.If you hae the right profile you may also be considered to be team lead for the 3 other postions to be established in the Chennai office.Responsibilities

• Master Data owner including securing legal compliance
• Daily operations and continuous optimization of SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM
• Day-to-day 3rd level support
• Key specialist in projects when it comes to how to utilize the HR Master Data and functionality
• Handling the half yearly releases implementing new functionality
• Together with our Support responsible improve the Regional Super User organisation and our HR Operations teams to optimize the daily operations and limit support coming to the central team

Qualifications

• We expect you to be experienced within the HR Master Data area preferably with experience within both SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Minimum 5 years experience with operation of HR Master Data systems, whereof both SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM is part of this experience
• You have experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and can handle the operational configuration required to maintain the system. New developments to the SuccessFactors suite including Employee Central will be handled by our configurations team
• Minimum 5 years experience as responsible for HR Master Data in global context having a natural understanding of the data models in the systems and understands the importance of propelling simplicity, quality
• Global reach to stakeholders is key for growth in this position
• You must have experience with stakeholder management, Master Data forums or similar on a global scale
• You can come both with an IT and HR background, but need to master configuration in SuccessFactors Employee Central
• You may have your experience from either an IT or HR organization, or having experience as consultant supporting implementations

Competencies

• You are a Data and IT literate in the sense that you have a natural interest for HR Data modeling and quality and how systems work. You know what it takes to run HR Master Data and Systems on a global scale
• A skilled operations person e.g. loves to promote the HR Master Data machine with all it takes from daily operations to global stakeholder management.
• IT technical savvy understanding HR processes
• Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical users
• Ability to work well in a time-sensitive setting, with limited supervision and collaboratively, and as a member of a cross-functional team
• Systems thinking mindset with a strongend bias towards User Experience
• A skilled teamplayer but able to work with limited supervision with own deliverables
• Focused on the task at hand and always delivering high quality with an eye for both the details and the dependencies to other parts of our systems
• Strong Excel capabilities and used to handle large amounts of data
• Good verbal and written English
