If youre eager to build a career in recruitment and HR, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Role:As an HR Trainee / Recruitment Executive, you will be directly involved in the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to successfully onboarding candidates. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to identify and attract top talent.
    • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
    • End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment process for clients, from job posting to offer negotiation and final placement.
    • Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and update them on candidate progress.
    • Offer Management: Manage offer generation, contract preparation, and candidate onboarding.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintaining Databases: Update candidate records and manage recruitment data efficiently.
    What Were Looking For:
    • Fresh Graduates: Any background (preferably BBA, MBA, or similar) with a strong desire to pursue a career in recruitment.
    • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
    • Positive Attitude: A self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow in the HR and recruitment field.
