Must have : Minimum 6 10 years from Oil and Gas / Petro- chemical plants Nice to have: NEBOSH IGC / Diploma from Approved institutes Lead Auditor certifications c. Qualification: Full time- graduate ( B.Tech / BE ) (Chemical / Civil /Mechanical/ Electrical ) or M. Tech in HSE from Recognized University. Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety from Recognized Institute / University. Knowledge on HSE Software related tools. Key Accountabilities : Ensure compliance with the company s objectives, requirements, priorities, policies, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines provided by Company from time to time. Promote and maintain a safe working environment. Visible HSE leadership such as, safety inspection tours in all areas, identifies potential hazards recommended solutions, Audits, personal interaction and participation in HSE meetings. Ensuring compliance with regulations for Local, Client , Contractor and subcontractor s HSE requirements. Prepare and Review HSE Plan, Procedure like HIRA, EIA, Emergency plan, SOP and C ompany manual. Manual Coordination with site activities Plan and Inspect daily HSE routine activities , Prepare Monthly HSE report and Maintain HSE records. Implementation of schedules / programmes, Strategic Planning resources, HSE Reviews. Reporting incidents , Investigations and analysis. Conducting awareness / Training programs Interaction / coordination with site activities. Quick learner and adoptive to different working conditions Good Leadership and commitment to implement HSE Standard Team player. Effective communications and reporting . Knowledge on performing orientation program, celebration of functions , health talks etc. Have Knowledge on Building management systems , Statutory requirements , HSE procurement activities PR , Vendor inspections Have knowledge on Permit systems / Computer operating system ( MS Office report writing ) ,
