We specialize in helping businesses streamline their workflows through tailored CRM solutions.Candidates with exposure to platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, SugarCRM, Freshsales, Zendesk Sell, or Bitrix24 are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience in supporting international clients (US, UK, or Australia) in ITES or tech support roles is an added advantage. Amwhiz offers hands-on training to help you excel in HubSpot CRM and related tools.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Implementation & CustomizationConfigure and implement HubSpot CRM solutions to meet client-specific needs.Assist with CRM migrations from platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.Set up workflows, dashboards, and reports to optimize client business processes.Onboarding & TrainingManage end-to-end onboarding for new clients to ensure seamless HubSpot adoption.Conduct engaging training sessions on HubSpot features and best practices.Develop tailored documentation and resources to support clients CRM usage.Client InteractionCollaborate with US, UK, and Australian clients to deliver customized CRM solutions.Provide support aligned with international time zones for timely client assistance.Technical Troubleshooting & SupportResolve technical issues related to CRM configuration, integration, and usage.Partner with technical teams to integrate third-party tools effectively.Process Optimization & ConsultationAnalyze workflows and recommend CRM configurations to improve efficiency.Ensure that CRM solutions align with clients business objectives.Key RequirementsExperience1-2 years of experience in CRM implementation or onboarding (HubSpot preferred).
