Gathered requirements from project teams downstream and upstream to SAP Convergent Charging Development of a common process to accommodate billing needs of different customers Documented the requirements and created process maps Developed and mapped SAP CC rating and charging process in MS-Excel for demonstration purpose shrinking development time by 35% Convergent Charging Creating and configured Catalog Creating and configuring Chargeable item class to support Aggregation, baseline, and validation process Creating and configuring translation tables to map retroactive process and legacy conversion process Creating mapping tables classes to accommodate rating, baseline, location-based taxing etc. Configuring mapping tables Creating tiered tables to support tiered pricing Configuring charges to support validation, baseline fee calculation, and aggregation process Creating charge plan, Subscriber and provider contract Creating test plan strategy to test the following process Happy Path Validation, baseline and aggregation process Retroactive process Handling errors Handling disputes related to consumption quantity Handling disputes related to rates Requirements Good knowledge of English is mandatory Keen to work abroad and US-based clients. Eager to commit for long-term projects. Willing to work in Rotational Shifts. Ability to handle customer expectations & escalations. Primary & Secondary Skillset: SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable(AR), Accounts Payable(AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL, Budgeting Planning & Consolidations (BPC) and Cash Management Provides subject matter expertise within industry, product, and process specialty areas Managing communications with project stakeholders and executives Experience leading small to medium project teams to perform tasks with specific goals and deadlines Plans and coordinates efforts of others in performing project assignment tasks Have a good understanding of developing proposals, budgets and for driving teams to deliver within the targets Management of project delivery related schedules and updating stakeholders on status on a regular basis; supervising project progress & outstanding issues and ensuring the quality & timeliness of the deliverables Looking after SLA ensuring timely closure of priority tickets, handling escalations and implementing Develops strong working relationships with key customer contacts, serving as their main point of contact for product knowledge and implementation efforts Should have experience and excellent knowledge working in FI submodules such as Asset accounting, Accounts payable, and Accounts receivable Experience preparing functional specifications and helping the ABAP team in developing RICEFW objects is a must Experience leading in working with data conversions teams Experience in leading and validating cutover activities is required Exposure to Incident / Change / Problem Management Ability to interact with Business Users and understand their requirements if the interaction is required Customer service skills are critical Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations Good interpersonal skills Willing to work in Rotational Shifts Must be an effective problem solver Strong organizational skills SAP Certification SAP ABAP Consultant Experience: 6 to 10+ years Location: Chennai, India.
