Job Title:IAM Provisioning analystDate:10/01/2020Department:BOW ITLocation:ChennaiBusiness Line / Function:IRB Bank of West ITReports to:(Direct)Head IAMGrade: (if applicable)(Functional)Number of Direct Reports:NADirectorship / Registration:NAPosition PurposeThe IAM Provisioning team uses IAM (SailPoint/OIM) tool for identity and access management. The team supports provisioning of access rights on various systems and applications.ResponsibilitiesDirect ResponsibilitiesReviews provisioning queues to ensure issue resolution on timeManual provisioning of accounts and entitlements on BoW (IAM platform) IT resources (Roles, permissions) Automated central provisioning set-upInvestigates and fixes automated and manual provisioning failures/issuesCreate, update and maintain user accounts within the Bank via ADUC (Active Directory User Client) and Quest Active Role ServerManage and maintain Single Sign-on accounts for various web-based applications usersCreate and maintain share drive and remote access permissionsCreate and maintain UNIX (AIX, SUN and LINUX) and VMS accounts for applications Create and maintain DB (ex.Oracle.etc) user accounts using in-house scripts Participate in user acceptance testing of any new script, GUI or similar user account management tool for new application take-on Maintain documentation on a common team shared site and introducing a continuous review process for team use and audit purposesManage the workflow of requests and / or Incidents assigned to the teamManage the creation of new secure project drives and granting access to specified users according to agreed compliance procedures and in agreed timescaleReport and escalate any security issues such as the use of another s account or inappropriate or unauthorised application accessProvide second level of control and reporting on bypasses and exception processes run by the User Access Controls teams to ensure proper segregation of duties Liaise with application support and development teams to resolve any issue arisingEnsure constant liaison with other groups within the business to ensure the best levels of support are providedEssential Responsibilities

  • Awareness of User Access Management principles
  • Strong understanding of controls in an Identity and Access Management- OPERATIONS environment
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • Knowledge of service calls management system and flow
  • Familiarity with the reporting tools such as Business Objects / Power BI for creating reports
  • Competent in Excel to build / develop spreadsheets and analyse data
  • Familiarity in service-now ticketing tool
