Role : Permanent Position Skill Set : IAM Experience : 8 + years Work Location : Bangalore /ChennaiIdentity & Access Management (IAM) Program Job Descriptions8+ years of IT infrastructure solution, development, configuration, testing and implementation with 5+ years experience engineering, configuring and implementing Privileged Access Management platforms, solutions and services Adaptability to issues as they arise Operating system and/or technology specific certifications are desired Working knowledge of access control models for common operating systems (Mainframe, UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.), network devices, databases, and Internet applications Working knowledge of RSA, TPAM, CA PAM, PKI, SailPoint, OKTA, Radiant Logic, PAM components, principles, procedures and practices Working knowledge of system and application access management including some exposure to PAM technology trends Working knowledge of principles, best practices, architectures, tools and processes in some of the following areas of IAM: Access control systems and technologies Privileged user management Administrative, service, and functional account management Shared account management Segregation of duty analysis Emergency / fire call account management Password vaulting Access use monitoring Detailed knowledge and experience with implementing privileged access management / privileged identity management products including but not limited to: RSA TPAM CA PAM SiteMinder PKI Knowledge of server administration (Windows and Linux), databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle), Mainframe (RACF, TopSecret) and web servers (Tomcat, IIS) Experience with the following technologies: 2-Factor authentication (RSA SecurID), PKI infrastructure and ticketing system (ServiceNow) Experiencing with integrating PAM solutions with SIEM solutions like RSA enVISION, SPLUNK, Securonix Mapping out process for server and account collections for scalable operations Experience interpreting architecture, designs and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses and geographies Strong administration and scripting skills Understand and follow standard change management procedures required for PAM deployments and remediation Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple program tracks and direct efforts of geographically dispersed engineering and development resources Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions Hands-on experience troubleshooting IAM solutions and services Can dissect complex situations and guide teams to focus on most critical tasks Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibilities Ability to conduct technical presentations Ability to train technical users Well organized, with good attention to detail Good communication skills, both written and oral Key Working Relationships: IAM Program Lead and Technical delivery manager IT security engineers, business analysts and management team Project managers assigned to the IAM program Vendors that provide IT security products and consulting companies that support implementations Business IT architects, application development teams, managers and business analysts Regional IT security teams Infrastructure managers Enterprise business continuity teams, and global compliance and risk managers IAM program stakeholders
