Experience Details - Minimum 5 years of MS Dynammics CRM development - Triage and resolve D365 Customer Engagement (CRM) support requests & tickets. - Own the D365 Customer support queues and ensure cases are moved through the support process. - Responsible for tracking the cases along with all activities in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system and constantly keeping these cases up to date - If there are any updates from MS, the developers are required to work with the IM team to test the solution on Sandbox and ensure that any customizations are not impacted.
