Skills Required: Experience working in Cloud based infrastructure DB, Application, OS and Network, Support.Experience in managing Servers and application stack.Experience in geographically distributed systemsKnowledge on DB, App and Web tier troubleshooting skills.Basic network troubleshooting skills including TCP/ IP, DNS, VPNProficient with software development tools/ environment such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, GIT etc.Experience in Devops activities like create multiple environments and automating the build process.Certification in Amazon Web Services(AWS) and/ or Azure would be an added advantage.Development experience in Java or any scripting knowledge would be an added advantage.Experience Required: 3+ years of experience of Hosting and/ or Cloud operations, NOC production support.Worked in monitoring and managing a distributed enterprise application.Installed & configured Pro/ Intralink, Windchill 10/ 11 software and its modules independently. Configured the products based on Business Process Requirements.Worked in a team with minimum size of 3 or more.,
