    Job SummaryThe Implementation Specialist will ensure that purchased software systems are customized to meet the needs and specifications of NVP and its customers.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESManagement and accountability of Business Processor I deliverablesRecruit, train, develop, and supervise Business Processor I employeesAssist with F&I integration set upFunctional coordinator ZOHO for CRM/Campaign and additional applicationsPCRS administrator ensuring new user set ups and profile changesResponsible for NVP script website for sale representative routesUpload new products, coverages, surcharges, etc. into PCRS systemEnable E-Contracting and E-Rating for dealers in PCRS and Integration with other DMS/CRM systemsMaintaining new rate books for special dealsEMAIL blasts/campaigns to dealershipsNew employee CRM access setupSpecial projects and reports as assigned by DSO/COOManage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, and communication of deliverablesDevelop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and requirementsAnticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget, and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needsAssist Business Analytics Manager when neededWORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSBachelors DegreeMinimum 3 years of experience monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insight from dataStrong leadership skills and ability to coach and develop peopleDemonstrated proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office products such as Power BI, Outlook, and PCRSMust have the capability to develop and maintain strong relationships with peers, business partners, and both internal and external customersExperience working with and creating databases and dashboards using relevant data to inform decisionsExperience using analytical techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue, and other key business outcomesStrong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilitiesExcellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and working on a computerMust be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsVision abilities required for this position include close, distant, color, and peripheral with the ability to adjust focus.
