Details The person will beDeveloping and executing Monexo India business plan. Building team and nurturing talent. Developing relationships with key partners such as wealth management companies, channel partners, other key business partners Creating a network of reliable business partners for delivering business plan. Building marketing and sales plan to deliver business goals for customer awareness, preference and purchase. Delivering business plan within allocated budgets. Balancing budgets across initiatives for the best outcome. Lead cross- functional teams. Enhance the productivity of the organization through effective inspirational leadership and creating strong corporate values that attract and retain talent. Skills/Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in financial services and management role and ability to create business growth and generate revenue. Professional degree from a reputable institution. Deep knowledge and understanding of consumer and commercial banking in India. Must have managed a large team. Natural leader with ability to lead and empower the team to achieve Monexo goals and partner with cross- functional teams internally and externally. An entrepreneurial spirit who can thrive in a fast- paced, rapidly changing, startup environment. Proven track record in Sales Marketing of Consumer and Commercial Loans. A Wealth Management experience will be seen favourably.,
