Establish end to end governance over applications, infrastructure, vendor managed, cloud, Access automation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Interact with all levels of management within the Bank while performing control reviews of Access Management across all the Bank s markets.Effectively communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders globally. Effectively communicate the security risks to internal and external stakeholders.Make timely and sound judgments, and identify clear solutions from broad, complex or ambiguous situations.Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations covering Access ManagementAssist in the development of new/amended processes, innovative ways of working and reviewing Access Management.Assist in the forward planning and prioritisation of control assessmentsManage a register of Access Management issues and ensure that they are remediated.Monitor and report on Access Management compliance to stakeholders.Remain current on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to Access ManagementSupport any training and awareness initiatives relating to IAM.RequirementsQualifications:Essential: Bachelor s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate fieldExperience:7 to 10 years experience in IAM in Banking & Financial services experience.Skills:Security Certification (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA) is preferableKnowledge or experience managing IAM Tools (e.g. SailPoint)Experience with a variety of IT security and related concepts or technologies (e.g. SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, etc)Reasonable understanding of security frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ISF, COSO), standards (e.g. ISO, NIST, CIS), information security principles and security architecture.Understanding of controls, regulatory and risk issues in a global financial institution.Excellent written and interpersonal skills.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ability to interact at all levels across an organisation.Ability and will to work independently in a multicultural and cross-regional team (Bangalore, Singapore, Malaysia)REPORTS TO: Vice President / AVPDIRECT REPORTS : Snr.
