Job Description

Security Engineer PAM

  • Provide support for Fiserv s application teams using the Centrify, CyberArk, and other technologies in stack
  • Investigate issues and queries using the existing bodies of knowledge
  • Manage customer expectations under high pressure situations
  • Communicate frequently follow up with the customer by phone, email and internet meeting systems
  • Contribute to knowledge base
  • Understanding of business process
  • Mentor as appropriate new and/or junior engineers
  • troubleshoot and resolve issues on Centrify, CyberArk, TPM, etc., reported by end users and service partners.
  • Install, integrate and deploy Centrify servers
  • Analyze current processes and improve as part of continuous improvement process
  • Attend all required meetings
As a Security Engineer, daily responsibilities include:
  • Provide technical guidance to team members
  • Server Patching Validation
  • Daily on-call support
  • Resolving incident tickets in que S3GDP_IdentityAccessManagement
  • Working on on-call support documentation
  • Training team members about on call duties
  • Training team members on how to work Incidents
