DescriptionThe position will support the day- to- day activities of a Program and Project Management (PPM) organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing all aspects of increasing capability needs of the project management community. Advise Senior Management team on training requirement and maintain training metrics. Key Responsibilities:Develop a curriculum to address Project Management educational needsDesign and deliver virtual training of project management procedures, processes toolsCreate self- help instructional materials Advises or coaches new or lower level analystsLeverage, promote, and communicate PM best practices across the organization Act as a change agent to facilitate value- added process improvementsPartner with other team members to achieve organizational objectives Prioritize and juggle multiple deliverables QualificationsQualifications: Overall 11 + Years of Experience in Project management3 to 5 years experience designing and delivering trainingExtensive experience managing stakeholder expectationsFamiliarity with project management methodology Proven ability to work effectively with virtual and remote teamsExperience with technology is a plusExperience working in a medium to large- scale corporation is an advantagePassionate learner and self- motivated Strong workload management skillsSuperior communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office ProductsExperience with a Project Management tool is a plus Fluent in English is a mustWe Offer:Opportunity to work in challenging area of the financial industry with one of the worlds leading companiesExposure to a wide range of internal stakeholders as well as to senior management.
