Job Description

    Monitor IT infrastructure including servers websites network devices and applications and respond to sPerform batch monitoring including creating editing scheduling and deleting batch jobsHandle batch job requests to run hold or cancel jobsWork on Windows Server and Windows servicerelated requestsMaintain and update the ServiceNow CMDB and coordinate with relevant stakeholdersPerform Windows server patching using Microsoft SCCMManage monitoring tools including adding modifying and removing monitorsParticipate in and support major incident management including coordinationMustHave Skills MandatoryITIL Process awareness ResponseResolution time Availability SLAAbility to work in 24x7 project and adopts to shift rotation easilyExperience in SCCM patching toolBasic understanding of Windows Operating systemTroubleshooting servicerelated issuesMust handle responsibilities by multitasking working independently and with minimal direction Must deliver objectives both individually and by interaction with others therefore must demonstrate an understanding of organizational functions and departmentsMust possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional mannerNicetoHave Skills OptionalExperience on TWSIWS batch console Scheduling jobs in IWS cancelling jobs and running jobs manuallyBasic understanding in creating jobs in windowsPerform Batch monitoring creating editing scheduling deleting batchesMonitor server and URL related issuesMaintain CMDB and ensure proper communications are done to the teamsManaging Major Incidents ensuring that they are logged progressed updated authorized expedited and resolved efficientlyDemonstrated experience in Monitoring tool user administration and security best practiceNotice Period- upto 30 days
