Promote the innovation culture; Develop and implement plans to support and grow the Innovation Program.Participate in designing and implementing Technical Innovation Audits , and identify the gaps. Design corrective actions and implement initiatives to close the identified gaps. Responsible of initiative implementations from idea to launch. Including initiative scope definition , communication material design , promotion of initiatives between engineering teams , stakeholders alignment , platform and framework design and implementation. Along with responsibility and accountability for the success of the initiatives.Participate in the open innovation initiatives through partnership with universities , research centres , suppliers , industry partners and start - up communities. With a main focus to scout for opportunities which would further increase Valeo s overall competitiveness.Responsible for achieving Innovation Program KPIs , ensuring that targets are met.Support R&D efficiency initiatives to enhance VIAS overall competitiveness through dollar value ROI.Inspire VIAS engineers to generate process / product innovation ideas of relevance to Valeo and guide them through incubation.Responsible for; executing the operational plan , increasing employee engagement to the program , ensuring the quality ideation session , improving idea quality & ROI , and focusing more on technology related innovation.Oversee the patenting process and ensure its requirements are effectively reflected in the innovation plan to increase the number of patents coming from Egypt. Conduct internal workshops (ideation sessions , business model design and fast prototyping , user centric design) workshops , events and activities within the program s lifetime. Handle relationships with strategic partners and alliances of the Innovation Program. Handle internal and external events organized and sponsored by the Innovation Program. Conduct business development activities that help promoting the generated ideas to different internal business groups , to guarantee that the business impact has been achieved through the conversion of those ideas into products , patents and roads maps.,
