Job Description

    Job Title: Tele Counsellor / Education Counsellor / Career AdviserLocation: Chennai (Local Candidates Only)Qualification:
    • Graduate in any discipline
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in education counselling or admissions is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
    Job Responsibilities
    • Call prospective students using the provided database.
    • Counsel students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
    • Generate walk-ins and convert inquiries into admissions.
    • Follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure a smooth admission process.
    • Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.

    • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
    • Good counselling and relationship-building abilities.
    • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
    • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
