Job Description

    Role: Inside SalesDesignation: Inside Sales SpecialistLocation: Chennai / BangalorePrimary Responsibility:The Inside Sales Specialist will be individually contributing to the Inside Sales initiative planned for existing client and new businesses. The primary responsibility is to qualify and close opportunities to meet the revenue target.Role & Responsibilities: Work closely to initiate one-on-one conversations and demonstrations with prospects, while positively representing Edutech Drive demand through focused e-mail and phone campaigns, webcasts, social media venues, and other demand-generation activities. Extensive cold calling into established clientele and new prospects. Meets or exceeds activity metrics for (e.g. outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities creation etc.) and prospecting time. Maintains in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition in order to position Edutech service effectively with customers. Penetrate. all targeted accounts and radiate sales from the assigned leads and geographies. Cultivate leads by assessing the opportunity, communicating the value propositions for the customer, and following up in a timely manner. Support company growth by meeting or exceeding revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and leading demonstrations to close the business from lead to close. Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers. Maintain a positive curiosity and can-do attitude. Consistently do it right and get the job done. Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects, customers and staff members. Comply with all company policies for safeguarding clients and related corporate proprietary details.Metrics & Organization Management:Performance Metrics: Revenue targets Lead generation and conversion Building customer baseQualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements A mature goal-oriented professional with Bachelors degree in (Any) Engineering Typically requires a minimum 1-2 years of business or inside sales experience.
