Job Description

    1. Identify Potential Clients: Research and identify potential institutional clients,including hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, corporate offices, andother bulk purchasers.2. Build Client Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with keydecision-makers and procurement teams within targeted institutions.3. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategies to penetrateand grow sales within the institutional segment.4. Product Customization: Tailor product offerings, packaging, and pricing tomeet the specific needs of institutional clients.5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and deliveryschedules to secure long-term contracts with institutions.6. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets for the institutionalsegment, focusing on revenue growth and market share expansion.7. Coordination with Supply Chain: Collaborate with supply chain and logisticsteams to ensure timely and consistent product delivery to institutional clients.8. Market & Competitor Analysis: Gather insights on competitor activities andinstitutional market trends to inform sales strategy and product positioning.9. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities,client interactions, and pipeline status. Generate periodic reports onperformance metrics.Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in institutional sales, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with bulk buying processes and an understanding of institutionalclient needs. Ability to work independently and travel to meet clients as required.
