Job Description

    • Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Showcase product features and benefits through compelling demonstrations to drive customer interest and sales.
    • Actively promote and sell retail products to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    • Maintain a clean and organized product display area to ensure an attractive shopping environment.
    • Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and merchandise placement.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and competitive threats.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and store management to achieve overall sales objectives and targets.
    • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and uphold brand standards.
    Promoter Requirement:
    • Knowledge of the latest trends in marketing and advertising.
    • Good communication, people, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
    • Creative, proactive, and forward-looking attitude.
    • Ability to solve problems and think critically.
