Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Development and delivery of content customized to enhance learning experiences
  • Design and build effective, measurable instructional materials
  • Create the blueprint or structure for the training; Instructional Design Documentation
  • Coordinate ID efforts for completing projects
  • Work with Team Manager to ensure resource workload is balanced
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 6 to maximum 10 years of experience in ID
  • Hand on experience in ADDIE model, ARCS model, Blooms taxonomy, Gagnes Nine Events of Instruction, and Kirkpatrick Model of Evaluation.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Articulate Storyline
  • Design e-learning content, by using instructional tools and strategies
  • Responsible for working very closely with Client, SMEs, Design team, Programming team and Higher level management.
  • Own the project deliverable and strictly adhere to timelines
  • Analyze operational realities and design learning and delivery of the learning.
  • Understand and treat the hiccups of the complete course development and production cycle.
  • Provide continuous support to the team and stretch to reach the extra mile when the project needs.
  • worked in Publishing projects will be an added advantage
