Job Description

    Hiring for a Life Insurance Company for Direct Sales ChannelExp - 2 years to 7 yearsCTC - 4 LPA to 7 LPALocation- ChennaiJob Responsibilities:
    • Identify & acquire new customers through direct outreach-cold calling, lead follow-ups, referrals or walk-ins.
    • Understand customer financial needs, insurance requirements and risk profiles; counsel them on suitable life-insurance products and plans.
    • Present and explain policy features, benefits, terms and conditions, premium amounts, coverage, exclusions etc in a clear and customer-friendly way.
    • Achieve predefined sales/premium/policy-sale targets and contribute to revenue growth for the companys direct channel
