Job Description

Analyst will be required to interpret all queries received from both internal teams & external agents and identify and execute the necessary steps to resolve queries in a timely and accurate manner. The analyst should have an eye for detail and niche for learning & imparting training to the resources aligned. Should be able to provide accurate MIS reporting to management Interactions / Interpersonal Skills: Describe the nature and level of interactions this job has with others, both internally and externally. Explain any specific interpersonal skills necessary to successfully perform this role (i.e., negotiation skills, represents business at external events or to governmental bodies, etc. ). The position requires the candidate to communicate intensively with the internal customer/onshore in form of interaction, trainings, meetings etc Imparting process training to the new joinee (process training, ramp up, accreditation and Go Live). Understands key risk indicators or audit issues and acts upon them, as appropriate The candidate should be able to understand, interpreted and download necessary information from the onshore back to the respective team Should be able to articulately expresses thoughts and ideas - both oral and written Should have the ability to effectively build cooperative relationships with people, manage differences and resolve conflicts Qualifications Job Qualifications: Indicate the minimum and preferred education and experience for this job and any licenses and certifications required ,
