Job Description

Role Overview:As a Designer Associate in the Retailing department, your primary role will be to lead and manage a team, drive targets for product categories, ensure team training and readiness, and ensure consultation metrics are followed. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining a healthy relationship between team members and the company, supporting and sustaining a positive work environment, identifying resource requirements, assigning responsibilities, imparting training to new team members, formulating plans to achieve volume and profit objectives, utilizing painting and decor knowledge, utilizing tools and technology to assist customers in choosing products and designs for home decor, and being willing to travel when required.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a healthy relation between team members and the company- Support and sustain a positive work environment fostering team performance- Identify resource requirements and assign responsibilities to the team while ensuring effective coordination- Impart training to new team members and retrain older team members, monitor performance, and compare to the objectives- Formulate plans and solutions to achieve volume and profit objectives- Possess complete painting and decor knowledge- Utilize different tools and technology to assist customers in choosing products and designs for home decor makeover- Be willing to travel when requiredQualification Required:- Education: Secondary (10th Pass) required- Experience: 1 year as an Interior Designer required- Willingness to travel: 75% requiredIf you are interested in this position, please submit your resume to hidden_email/hidden_mobile.
