Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for handling customer queries and requests through non-voice communication channels such as email and chat. Additionally, you will efficiently process orders, data entries, and other back-office tasks. It is crucial to ensure timely resolution of issues, maintain accurate records of communication and transactions, and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues when needed. Compliance with company policies and procedures is essential in this role.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and requests via non-voice communication channels (email, chat, etc.).- Process orders, data entries, and other back-office tasks efficiently.- Ensure timely resolution of issues and follow up as required.- Maintain accurate records of communication and transactions.- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues when necessary.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Qualification Required:- Only male candidates can apply.- Should be willing to work in night shift.- No target and no work pressure in work.- Immediate joining will be given first preference.- Shift time is night shift with multiple shifts timing starting from 6 pm to 10.30 am (9 hours shift including breaks).Additional Details:Dinner will be provided in the office. Attendance bonus will be provided.,
