Job Description

    Gender - MaleShift - 10 AM to 7 PMPAN INDIA OPEN POSITIONPosition Overview:The Planogram Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of inventory associates, overseeing inventory control processes, and ensuring accurate inventory records. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor a team of inventory associates, providing guidance and support.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback.Inventory Management:Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping processes.Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain up-to-date records in the inventory management system.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.Develop and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.Collaboration:Work closely with the City team, inventory team and product team to align inventory operations with business needs.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and handling of inventory.Reporting and Analysis:Generate regular inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and issues.Address discrepancies and implement corrective actions as necessary.Qualifications:Graduation or equivalent with good communication skills.3 years of experience in inventory management or warehousing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of inventory control systems and practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.-Atish HRhidden_mobile
