Job Description

    As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.Responsibilities:- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements for deploying new products and process improvements- Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes- Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation- Gain comprehensive knowledge of how different business areas integrate to achieve goals- Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions- Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed- Assess risks in business decisions with consideration for compliance and ethical standardsQualifications:- 10-14 years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role- Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development- Ability to adjust priorities quickly- Demonstrated leadership, project management skills, and clear communication abilitiesIn your role, you will be leading the development teams in the Development Centre and aligning them with global teams. Your responsibilities also include disciplined development processes, taking ownership of applications in the Risk sub-domain, and interacting with business analysts and managers to understand requirements. You will be involved in design reviews, code walkthroughs, testing, and project planning meetings.Skills:Required skills:- Designing end-to-end applications using Microservices or Domain Driven Design- Development experience in J2EE, Spring, Hibernate- Working knowledge of RDBMS, Microservices, and Design patterns- Experience in Drools or similar technology, CI/CD, DevOps techniques- Strong logical abilities, problem-solving skills, and understanding of SDLC and Agile processesDesired skills:- Experience in Angular, Agile certifications, Kafka- Strong writing, communication, time-management skillsQualification:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field preferredExperience:- 10 to 14 yearsPlease note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
