IT Asset Manager, CAM, Country Technology Management - GBSKey Responsibilities:IT Asset ManagementAsset Inventory / Store ManagementHandling IT Asset Request for GBS INProcurement of Asset and PaymentseWaste ManagementPolicy / Vendor ManagementDetailed Responsibilities:1. IT Asset Management:Validate and process all the request assigned to CAM as per IT Asset Management PolicyRequest ageing to be measured and report to be publishedEnsure proper utilization of available resourcesSTPI aspect to be thought through in all transactions2.Asset Management Accuracy to be measured:Asset Ownership for the assets delivered to user or BusinessOverall Asset Database Vs Vendor DataExit Non- ComplianceCAM Dashboard to be publishedCost code delegation list updating and Reporting and MIS updates3.Procurement of Asset and Payments:Procurement planning to be made considering the available stock for IT Assets and Consumables. To manage all procurement and delivery of IT related items / assets and ensure proper tracking of these items.Ensure all the invoice processing and vendor payment is done as per the agreed TimelinesLocal Sourcing or SCM to be involved in all the third-party engagement / orders.4.Policy / Vendor Management:Ensure adherence of IT Asset Management PolicyInteract / coordinate with Vendor and STPI co-ordinator for asset delivery.
