Job DescriptionIT Manager / Head JDA. Description : This role reports to Trivent Senior Leadership , working closely with all teams. He or she is the driving force to design and deploy IT systems , thru a culture of continuous improvement , providing thought leadership to and influencing change at all levels in the organization. S / he must ensure that IT is the core enabler for taking Trivent s business to the next level.B. Responsibilities : Lead implementation and integration of new systems , and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT current systems and applicationsDriving Mobility , Digitization , Applications management in Trivent ITVendor Negotiation and Contract Management for IT servicesDevelop and implement an enhanced IT roadmapOversee the operation of server systems , monitor all IT supported production systems and services.Oversee functioning of Trivent s cloud applicationsOversee functioning and troubleshooting of other software systems (HRMS & Case Mgmt Portal , Intranet , CRM etc.).Deployment of physical and software firewalls for risk identification and mitigation.Implementation of measures to ensure data security , safety and easy retrieval.Direct and support implementation of new software(s) and hardware(s)and upgrade of existing IT infrastructure.Coordinate IT activities to ensure data availability and network services with very little downtime.Ensure all support requests are resolved effectively within a short period of time , as per defined service levelsDevelop business continuity plan for contingencies and establish alternate remote location IT operational and control infrastructure.Communicate with production teams and other departments for upkeep of IT hygiene.Ensure all backups are completed as per documented processes.Report and act on any IT security breaches.Maintain asset register of all IT supported hardware and software.Initiate strategic capacity planning based on business requirements and recommend new and efficient IT systems.Develop technical roadmap as per the company strategyDiscover and implement new technologies and tools that yield competitive advantageMonitor budgets and overall technology Setup and performance optimizationLiaise with all stakeholders for process simplification & automation initiativesC. Desired qualifications (including certifications) : Graduatewith Engg degree or any Post - graduation will be an added advantageExposure to Six Sigma Green / Black Belt methodologiesMastery of SQL , SharePoint , Java and current technology areasAround 10 - 15 years of experience in IT at Lead levelShould have proven leadership experience in the field of Application Management and Service DeliveryWork experience in MNCs or reputed organizations will be an added advantage,
