  • Ensuring business continuity of network connections and support services in Amplexor, concerning IT Network operational efforts.
  • Participating in projects or efforts to develop and extend the services of Amplexor, within the area of domain
  • Implementation and monitoring the appropriate quality and information security standards linked to the assigned enterprise IT infrastructure (hardware and/or software, technology/systems/applications/tools) with respect to the QM and ISMS management systems in place
  • Ensuring proper collaboration with other IT staff, other business units, suppliers or partners by using the appropriate communication flows
  • Consulting for Service and Project Managers, Team Managers, fellows or customers/partners, within the area of domain
  • Contribute in providing clean management of SLAs, both upstream and downstream
  • Keen to contribute ideas, share knowledge and help others
  • Self-motivated

  • Operation on Security services infrastructure:
  • Daily work:
  • Responsible for the daily performance and availability of the organization s network
  • Analyses network and recommends upgrade/changes
  • Day-to-day network performance monitoring
  • Network troubleshooting and faults analysis; hardware troubleshooting and repair
  • Installation of network hardware and software:
  • Firewall, LAN and WAN
  • DHCP
  • Public domains
  • Virtual hosting and load balancing
  • ITSM scope:
  • Incident management
  • Change/request management
  • Monitor and maintain services
  • Projects:
  • Consultancy
  • Consolidation and migration efforts

EDUCATION
  • Degree in Information Technology and Computer Engineering or similar Engineering degree
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with working on network equipment
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with working with Cisco devices, including firewalls, the FirePOWER module and FTD image is a plus
  • Deep knowledge in networking and firewalling, with seasoned troubleshooting and engineering skills
  • Experience in administrative working on Linux/Windows systems
  • Experience with working in vast networking and infrastructure landscapes
  • Experience with VPN Tunnels and VPN Gateways
  • Experience with network segmentation and access control
  • Experience with WiFi access points
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEJob SpecificCCNA Certified or equivalent level of knowledgeBasic understanding of the following technologies:o IP protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP)o IP filtering and firewallingo Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS)o QoSo MPLS and/or SD-WANo VPN, L2L, WebVPNBasic understanding of AAA platforms such as Radius, LADPExperience with Cisco devices and firewallsExperience with WiFi access points from manufacturers such as Cisco, Ruckus, Meraki, etc.Optional: Basic experience with F5, Netscaller, FortigateOptional: Basic experience in VMWareFamiliar working in a data centre environmentFamiliar with ethical hacking platforms and approachesLanguagesEnglish C1+ITWindows workstation and server OSUNIX-based OSSSLFirePower Management CenterExcellent networking skillsBasic OS administration skills
