Job Description

    • Windows/Mac/Linux OS deployment
    • User hardware/software/peripheral support
    • Hardware procurement and asset management
    • Creating and maintaining documentation
    • Maintaining daily inward outward & stock register of IT assets
    • Verify & process invoices for smooth flow of vendor payment
    • Update daily asset allocation on Inventory management tool (desktop, monitor, laptop, phone etc)
    • Perform daily updates/regular audits on inventory for allocated assets & movement assets
    • Responsible to forecast the procurement request based on inventory audit.
    • Create monthly hardware failure report based on daily asset check list
    • Weekly validation of assets in inventory using daily asset checklist
    • Conduct periodic internal and external audit as per the defined process using Fixed Asset Register.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years hands-on IT Support experience in a production environment. 2+ years experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 or Windows 10 Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation. Hands on experiance in asset management Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.Preferred qualifications Enterprise support experience with Windows system support & troubleshooting Advanced application support experience including support for Microsoft Office Experience supporting Windows 10 Networking & Telecom skills,
    • 2+ years hands-on IT Support experience in a production environment.
    • 2+ years experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 or Windows 10
    • Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
    • Experience supporting one or more of: Mac OS X or Linux.
    • Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users.
    • Enterprise support experience with Mac or Linux system support & troubleshooting
    • Advanced application support experience including support for Microsoft Office
    • Experience supporting Windows 10
    • Networking & Telecom skills
