Job Description

Role: ITSM HAM & Configuration Management ConsultantExperience:5+ Years Work Location: ChennaiSkill Set: HAM, Configuration Management, ITSM, ITIL, Service Management tools like ServiceNow, Summit, Cherwell, BMC Remedy, HPSM or any other equivalent industry standard ITSM tool etc. Job Type: C2H (12 Months, Further Extendable)

  1. Practical experience as Hardware Asset & Configuration Manager along with any other 2-3 ITIL processes
  2. Hands-on work experience on at least one Service Management tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM or any other equivalent industry standard ITSM tool (ServiceNow is preferred)
  3. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills
  4. Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL processes
