Job Description

    Job Title: Java Developer with React JSLocation: Noida, GurgoanJob Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 5 to 8 yearsNotice : 30 days maxOverview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications using Java, React JS, and SQL. This role will require a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, enabling you to design, develop, and deploy full-stack solutions to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Design, and Quality Assurance to define and implement new features.Build efficient and reusable back-end code in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.) and front-end code using React/React JS.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, handling large amounts of data efficiently.Manage and interact with relational databases (SQL), ensuring data integrity and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both development and production environments.Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote a collaborative team culture.Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development and incorporate them into development processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Java: 8 years of experience in Java development, including deep knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.React/React JS: 5 years of experience in building dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces using React and React JS.SQL Databases: Expertise in designing and working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar. Strong experience with complex queries, indexing, and optimization.Frontend Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).RESTful APIs: Proficient in creating and consuming RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and managing code repositories.Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to handle complex challenges.Leadership: Experience mentoring junior developers and working in collaborative team settings.,
