Job Description

    Job Title: Java Developer (Fresher)Location: CHENNAI Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: 3 -5 LPA Experience: (Fresher)Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Java Developers to join our development team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work on real-time projects, develop software solutions, and enhance your skills while contributing to the companys growth. This is a great opportunity for freshers with strong foundational knowledge in Java programming.Key Responsibilities:
    • Work with senior developers to design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
    • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
    • Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
    • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
    • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Assist in the integration of Java applications with back-end systems and databases.
    • Write unit tests to ensure the functionality of developed applications.
    Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, and Data Structures.
    • Basic understanding of JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
    • Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate is a plus.
    • Understanding of Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Internship or project experience in Java development is a plus but not mandatory.
    • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
