  • Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Design Develop and configure software systems to meet the client requirements b: Perform Unit Testing and required QA process to test the software component c: Should work on application development projects and have waterfall and agile sdlc development experience d: Apply knowledge of technology, application, methodologies, process and tools to support client requirements e: Should help client in value added activities by introducing automations as needed and deliver the same
      • Technical Experience : Good knowledge on Genesys Pure Engage product 85 or higher Hands on experience in installing and provisioning Genesys applications Framework, Voice, eServices, Reporting, WFM Excellent knowledge in Genesys voice/routing applications such as SIP server, Feature server, GVP RM / MCP, URS and ORS Good knowledge on Genesys applications availability, failover, business continuity concepts Knowledge on Agile and Devops will be an added advantage Knowledge on Jenkins, Docker, Git will be a plus
      • Professional Attributes : a: Very strong communication skills both oral and written b: Very strong analytical skills c: Very strong presentation skills ability to work under pressure
    • Additional Information : Base location is chennai, Client loc is Chennai, Shift timings 11am-8pm
