Job Description

    • Professional fluency in English.
    • Excellent presentation & communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
    • Strong proficiency inJava,Spring Framework (Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, etc.),Hibernate,RESTful APIs, andMicroservices Architecture.
    • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
    • Experience withGit, version control, and debugging tools.
    • Knowledge of SQL and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
    • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
    • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide practical solutions.
    • Openness to feedback, continuous improvement, and iterations.
    • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to student success.
    Good to Have:
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
    • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
    • Exposure to frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js) for full-stack development knowledge.
    • Content development experience using tools like Google Docs, Google Slides, and Microsoft 365.
    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver structured lesson plans, coding exercises, and hands-on projects.
    • Assist in designing curriculum and training materials.
    • Conductlive sessions, hands-on coding workshops, and practical labsto help students understand Java and Spring boot concepts effectively.
    • Address students doubts and provide clear, structured explanations to simplify complex topics.
    • Providereal-world project-based trainingto help students gain industry-ready skills.
    • Offer constructive feedback on student projects and guide them on best practices.
    • Monitor student progress, provide mentorship, and support their career growth.
    • Organize group discussions and coding challenges to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
    • Keep a record of common student queries and develop a repository of FAQs and solutions.
