Can handle and push a team to perform in a high-pressure situationOther Requirements:Candidate with short Duties and Responsibilities as Assistant Project CoordinatorAs an Assistant Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the following duties.1. Preparing schedule & planning for the site2. Coordinating with project staff regarding site progress3. Preparing Estimation Report4. Checking Labor bills to process for contractors payment5. Managing parts of construction projects6. Overseeing Building work7. Supervising contracted staff8. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager9. Providing technical advice and solving problems in site10. Checking material bills to process for suppliers payments11. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.Job Requirements:The successful candidate will be an experienced Project handler with a strong track record in planning and preparing reports. Other requirements include:3+ years experience in Project notice period will be highly preferred.Any Graduate with experience in the listed field can apply
