Job Description

Position: Junior Analyst - Software ManagementGCL: B3Location: GTC, CHENNAIJob SummaryThe team members will be responsible for Requirements gathering as part of Application Re-Packaging process with end users, Re-Package the application based on requirements based on the best practices, work with users on UAT before moving to production.Required Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of Windows Client OS (Win7, 8 & 10).
  • Knowledge on Windows fundamentals.
  • Knowledge on basic scripting tools (VB, Powershell, Visual Basic, C#).
  • Knowledge on Testing
  • Quality/Process oriented thought process
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify application and OS issues
  • AdminStudio (Optional: Not applicable for fresher if 1 year experienced then first preference to those candidates)
Job Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve reported issues/problems
  • Follow good ITIL practices to resolve incidents, problems and implement changes
  • Communicate on time and follow recommended escalation channels
  • Local installation of applications.
  • Requirement gathering for Re-Packaging.
  • Repackaging using AdminStudio.
  • UAT of application with users.
