This role will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and contribute to broader HR operational initiatives.You will be responsible for:Supporting talent acquisition across multiple functions (Tech, Sales, Operations, etc.)Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelinesManaging job postings on internal and external platformsAssisting in the coordination of recruitment campaigns, campus drives, and onboarding activitiesMaintaining recruitment reports and HR dashboardsSupporting background verification and documentation processesContributing to HR projects including employee engagement and internal communication initiativesSkills and QualificationsBachelor/masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field12 years of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionWorking knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilitiesProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR functionAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExposure to volume recruitment is a plusEmployment DetailsType: Full-timeLocation: Chennai, IndiaWorking Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayCompensation: Based on experience and company standardsGrowth OpportunitiesStrong performers will be given opportunities to specialize in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Learning & Development in the future.
