Its innovative culture is driven by the passion of its 4240- strong team of scientists who work with clients from around the world to solve their scientific problems, improve R&D productivity, speed up time to market and lower the cost of innovation.Job Purpose: This role will support the engineering team to maximizing performance levels and competency for an organization in aligning with quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities: To ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, installation of new equipments, qualification of equipments & facility and preparation of SOPs pertaining to the Formulation Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Facility. Coordination with cross functional team for the installation and commissioning of Injectable & OSD facility equipment s. Preparation and review of equipment qualifications. Root cause analysis and corrective action plan for variances in operational performance of equipment s. Adherence to Standard Operating procedures, Safety, Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), Quality management system (QMS) & Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Requirements. Preparation of SOPs for process equipment preventive maintenance. Preparation and execution of qualification protocols for process equipment. Planning and execution of preventive maintenance of equipment s & facility in coordination with user. Co-ordination with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for regular Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits and breakdown maintenance. Planning and procurement of required spare parts for the equipment and its accessories. Clean room equipment preventive maintenance and its documentation. Handling of clean room equipment breakdown and its documentations. Participate in small projects/modification initiatives. Attend the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safetyEducational Qualification: BE/B.TechTechnical/functional Skills: Good knowledge on SAP, Trackwise & Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). Hands on experience of Formulation plant maintenance and projects along with GMP documentation (Qualification). Good experience on installation and commissioning of new equipments Experience on SAPExperience: 7-11 years of experience in engineering and maintenance of Formulation.Behavioral Skills: Good speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to details, proactive self-starter Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
