Junior SAP ABAP Workflow Consultant

Job Description

Should test new interfaces, optimize workflows. Interact with end user community to generate feedback, and implement desired changes and revise user requirements. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch Try, test, and perform data transfers, customize, test and run system errors, bug fixes to ensure a complete integration and acceptance Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks Work hand-in-hand with Sr. SAP Consultants. Should have hands- on experience with SAP ABAP, should be able to work under pressure and manage deadlines Any bachelor s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering with a relative 3-5 years of work experience in SAP ABAP Workflow. Should be willing to travel/relocate on short notice for short and long term assignments at client sites Professional Skills and Traits Analyze and provide recommendation based on client s SAP workflow integrations Experience developing custom Workflow templates and tasks with data bindings, developing custom Business objects, create custom events, etc Ability to accurately interpret ABAP programming and translate them to documents Should possess intermediary skills in Module Pool programming Should be good at UI5 / iOS/ Android and changes in logic. Should possess extraordinary Interpersonal skills, should be flexible to work on tight deadlines with limited supervision Knowledge of SAP Portal Technology and Fiori is a plus Basic understanding or working experience in IDoc will be a plus B.Tech, B. E, MCA ,M. Primary & Secondary Skillset: SAP Functional configuration expertise in General Ledger (FI- GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Receivable(AR), Accounts Payable(AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Project Systems (PS) Profitability Analysis (PA), New GL, Budgeting Planning & Consolidations (BPC) and Cash Management Provides subject matter expertise within industry, product, and process specialty areas Managing communications with project stakeholders and executives Experience leading small to medium project teams to perform tasks with specific goals and deadlines Plans and coordinates efforts of others in performing project assignment tasks Have a good understanding of developing proposals, budgets and for driving teams to deliver within the targets Management of project delivery related schedules and updating stakeholders on status on a regular basis; supervising project progress & outstanding issues and ensuring the quality & timeliness of the deliverables Looking after SLA ensuring timely closure of priority tickets, handling escalations and implementing Develops strong working relationships with key customer contacts, serving as their main point of contact for product knowledge and implementation efforts Should have experience and excellent knowledge working in FI submodules such as Asset accounting, Accounts payable, and Accounts receivable Experience preparing functional specifications and helping the ABAP team in developing RICEFW objects is a must Experience leading in working with data conversions teams Experience in leading and validating cutover activities is required Exposure to Incident / Change / Problem Management Ability to interact with Business Users and understand their requirements if the interaction is required Customer service skills are critical ,
