Job Description

    We are hiring US Staffing Recruiters with 03 years of experience. Freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment are also welcome. Remote PositionRoles & Responsibilities:
    • Understand job requirements and source candidates from job portals and other platforms.
    • Screen candidates through calls and evaluate their fitment for open positions.
    • Submit suitable candidates to the Account Manager/Supervisor after obtaining RTR.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Follow up with candidates after interviews and during onboarding.
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and share daily/weekly reports.
    • Work individually and support the recruitment team whenever required.
    Skills Required:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic knowledge of recruitment/US Staffing is an added advantage.
    • Ability to work in US shift timings.
    Eligibility:
    • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
    • Education: B.E / B.Tech or other Engineering Degrees preferred.
